We're Growing!
Genuinely, we do not have enough cattle to meet demand. (What a problem to have... ha!) However, we are working on it! Cattle are a long term investment. From conception of an embryo to a steak on your dinner plate is at minimum a 3 year long process! We are growing our herd, these things just take time!
We will continue to have beef boxes available for purchase now through 2026 but as stated below, we do not have enough beef to sell quarter's and halves. Those will not be available again until November/December of 2026. If you would like to get your name on our list and claim your quarter or half (which we strongly recommend) we do accept $250 deposits ONCE butcher dates are set for our next set of steers. (Spring 2026) In the meantime, shoot us a message and we can put you on a contact list.

How Buying 1/4, 1/2, and Whole Beef Works
Pricing: When buying beef in bulk, such as a quarter, half, or whole beef. We do not charge "grocery store" prices. We sell the animal to you at live weight. <-- That number changes with the beef market, so please contact us for that pricing. Buying beef this way, if you have the freezer space, can quite literally be thousands of dollars cheaper. We also pay your processing fee and relay your cut information to the butcher. We do this so we can have a detailed conversation about how you would like your cuts and answer any questions you may have. Even local butchers are crazy busy... and we can help you. Also, this way you only pay one person instead of multiple people. Then when your beef is ready, all you have to do is pick it up from the butcher (like the Ruthton, MN Locker) and walk out the door!
